quick note; GUYS. please be aware that if you posted a prompt in part six and it is now screened, i have posted them to the post already - so that you guys don't have to. thanks for being patient and making the fill-a-thon such a success!

sorry i didn't get much of delicious done; i lacked the internet over the break but rest assured i have absolutely nothing to do so will get it, hopefully.

IMPORTANT: please DO NOT post prompts about any non-public people as part of a prompt. for example: randi zuckerberg is fine as she is a public figure both on the internet and on facebook itself. priscilla chan is NOT as she is not a public figure.

if you're in doubt, please message the mod or leave a comment in the discussion post.

♥ post requests and responses in the comments to this post.
♥ be respectful.
♥ both a pairing/character AND a prompt/kink must be posted.
♥ one pairing/prompt per comment please.
♥ you are encouraged to try and write a prompt for every request you make.
♥ we are slash, femslash, het, three-and-moresomes etc. friendly. (we are even incest friendly what with some of our characters being twins and all...)
♥ no pairing bashing, OK? no need to wank over ships.
♥ long and short fics welcome. multiple responses encouraged!
♥ please try to refrain from saying 'seconded!' as much as possible.
♥ on RPF: Please disclaim that it is RPF, a work of fiction and in no way related to the actual actors/persons/etc. (i wouldn't even try and discourage RPF from this meme ;))

♥ alphabetize pairings/threesomes/moresomes. (e.g. Eduardo/Mark/Sean etc.)
♥ put [RPF] before RPF prompts. (e.g. [RPF] Andrew/Jesse)
♥ for crossover prompts: "[Crossover], The Social Network Character(s)/Other Character(s), [Fandom]" (e.g. [Crossover], Eduardo/Columbus, [Zombieland])
♥ no "!" in pairings, only in descriptions. (e.g. Eduardo/Mark, FacebookCreator!Eduardo, CFO!Mark)
♥ anyone, everyone, no one? Use "Other." (e.g. Sean/Other)
♥ put [GEN] before GEN prompts.

♥ please don't embed. link to images/videos.
♥ no locked material. this includes communities, even if membership is open.
♥ fills can be posted anonymously or not.
♥ fills can be anything: fic, art, vid, fanmix, podfic, etc.
♥ all prompts are open to fills at all times, even if they have been filled in the past or are being currently filled by someone else. multiple fills are positively encouraged; if something appeals to you then do not be put off creating a new fill by the existence of a prior one.
NEW: ♥ PLEASE comment with the first of your fill to the PROMPT and then all future updates as a comment to the FIRST PART of the fill. this makes it easier for both the WIP spreadhseet and for archiving stuff on delicious. it also helps people who are trying to catch up on updates and don't have to look through every fill on the prompt (should it have more than one). thank you.

have fun!

THERE WILL BE UNMARKED SPOILERS. enter at your own risk! :D

i know you guys are enjoying this meme and i appreciate that but please can you put the SUBJECT HEADER on your prompt. you would REALLY be helping me out if you could do that. it just saves time for me when i'm trying to tag everything in delicious.

AND PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT repost prompts from parts three, four, five or six over here again. the delicious is around for people to find prompts they may not have already seen. (prompts for parts one and two are now up for reposting.)

Pointless 3rd Fill: Falling Into Your Gravity, 2/?

He still remembers their first morning, officially as a couple who live together. Waking up to Andrew snuggled up behind him, nose buried in Jesse’s curls, fingers tracing delicate lines into his palms.

“Mmmm, good morning,” he murmured into Jesse’s hair. “Roomie.”

Jesse smiled.

“I love that I can call you that.” Andrew moved in closer, whispering right into Jesse’s ear, making him shiver.

“There must be a better term for it,” Jesse said, “it sounds juvenile to call ourselves ‘roommates.’ We’re more than that.”

“You’re right. But ‘boyfriends who live in the same apartment’ doesn’t exactly roll off the tongue, sweetheart,” Andrew countered.

Jesse thought for a moment.

“How about cohabitators? That sounds scientific.”

Andrew laughed into the back of Jesse’s neck. “I think the word is cohabitors, Jess. And you’re right, it does sound scientific, but it also sounds dry and unromantic. It does not meet our qualifications, we must think of something else.”

Jesse chose that moment to turn around in Andrew’s arms and look at him, face to face.

“Well, I’m kind of drawing a blank here. What should we do?,” Jesse asked.

Instead of answering right away, Andrew leaned in and kissed him. Jesse was right about to utter some kind of protest that involved self-consciousness about his icky morning breath, but it kind of fluttered right out of his head when Andrew wrapped his hands around his waist and pulled him close. It lasted for a moment before Andrew moved back and nuzzled their noses together.

“I think we should just not call ourselves anything for now. The right word will come to us,” Andrew said.

Jesse bit his bottom lip a little before asking, “I can still call you my boyfriend, right?”

Andrew had smiled and brushed his ringlets back from his face.

“Of course you can, love. Even if it is a little juvenile.”

Andrew gets on surprisingly well with Jesse’s cats. Not that Jesse is at all shocked by this, it’s basically a law of physics that if you meet Andrew, you are going to love him and he is going to love you back, in some form or another.

Jesse catches him all the time, being his adorable self with equally adorable cats. He pets them, snuggles with them, talks to them, even sings on occasion. His rendition of Defying Gravity while holding Mimzy up in the air was particularly amusing.

Jesse likes it when they fall asleep with the cats in their bed. Like one of those huge families that lives in a tiny apartment with only one bed, and everyone has to sleep together, all draped over one another, warm and close.

Maybe they could have that, one day. The two of them, a family. Children laughing and screaming and knocking things over.

Sometimes, Jesse lets himself imagine those things. Only sometimes, when his mind wanders.

He tries not to, though. He doesn’t want to get his hopes up. That’s a recipe for disappointment, Jesse knows. He just wants to ride this horse for as long as he can.

That’s something that never really leaves his head, that idea that all of this could be gone, like blowing out a candle. That one day Andrew is going to wake up, roll over and see Jesse and say to himself God, what the hell was I thinking? And he’ll pack his shit and leave and Jesse will never see him again. And that will be that.

No family, no home, no screaming children. Just Jesse and his cats and no Andrew.

That’s the bad part of Jesse’s mind, the one he tries not to let take over completely. He knows what would happen if it did. He doesn’t want that. He wants to stay here, with Andrew, in their home, with the cats and the imaginary children. He’ll hold onto it for as long as he can.

Maybe there will be children. Maybe there will be three. Two girls. One boy. The way Jesse grew up. Or maybe just two. Two boys, the way Andrew did.
