sorry about the delay in getting this up! please put all new prompts here.

IMPORTANT: please DO NOT post prompts about any non-public people as part of a prompt. for example: randi zuckerberg is fine as she is a public figure both on the internet and on facebook itself. priscilla chan is NOT as she is not a public figure.

if you're in doubt, please message the mod or leave a comment in the discussion post.

♥ post requests and responses in the comments to this post.
♥ be respectful.
♥ both a pairing/character AND a prompt/kink must be posted.
♥ one pairing/prompt per comment please.
♥ you are encouraged to try and write a prompt for every request you make.
♥ we are slash, femslash, het, three-and-moresomes etc. friendly. (we are even incest friendly what with some of our characters being twins and all...)
♥ no pairing bashing, OK? no need to wank over ships.
♥ long and short fics welcome. multiple responses encouraged!
♥ please try to refrain from saying 'seconded!' as much as possible.
♥ on RPF: Please disclaim that it is RPF, a work of fiction and in no way related to the actual actors/persons/etc. (i wouldn't even try and discourage RPF from this meme ;))

♥ alphabetize pairings/threesomes/moresomes. (e.g. Eduardo/Mark/Sean etc.)
♥ put [RPF] before RPF prompts. (e.g. [RPF] Andrew/Jesse)
♥ for crossover prompts: "[Crossover], The Social Network Character(s)/Other Character(s), [Fandom]" (e.g. [Crossover], Eduardo/Columbus, [Zombieland])
♥ no "!" in pairings, only in descriptions. (e.g. Eduardo/Mark, FacebookCreator!Eduardo, CFO!Mark)
♥ anyone, everyone, no one? Use "Other." (e.g. Sean/Other)
♥ put [GEN] before GEN prompts.

♥ please don't embed. link to images/videos.
♥ no locked material. this includes communities, even if membership is open.
♥ fills can be posted anonymously or not.
♥ fills can be anything: fic, art, vid, fanmix, podfic, etc.
♥ all prompts are open to fills at all times, even if they have been filled in the past or are being currently filled by someone else. multiple fills are positively encouraged; if something appeals to you then do not be put off creating a new fill by the existence of a prior one.
NEW: ♥ PLEASE comment with the first of your fill to the PROMPT and then all future updates as a comment to the FIRST PART of the fill. this makes it easier for both the WIP spreadhseet and for archiving stuff on delicious. it also helps people who are trying to catch up on updates and don't have to look through every fill on the prompt (should it have more than one). thank you.

have fun!

THERE WILL BE UNMARKED SPOILERS. enter at your own risk! :D

i know you guys are enjoying this meme and i appreciate that but please can you put the SUBJECT HEADER on your prompt. you would REALLY be helping me out if you could do that. it just saves time for me when i'm trying to tag everything in delicious.

AND PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT repost prompts from parts three, four, five or six over here again. the delicious is around for people to find prompts they may not have already seen. (prompts for parts one and two are now up for reposting.)

'The more you talk about Star Wars, the more I want to marry you.'

Re: Chris/Dustin--super saccharine minifill

Coming into Harvard, Chris had a plan. He was going to join all the literature clubs, and Harvard Dems, and stay up until late into the night speculating whether or not Kerry or Dean was going to come out ahead in the Iowa caucuses. He was going to get hideously drunk on cheap, shitty alcohol and regret it in the morning, and brush up on his French so he could hit on all the other cute Harvard boys in the language of love.

And he did do all of those things...sort of. The whole drunk thing lost its luster pretty quickly after he fell in a slick patch of beer at an Objectivist Club party (they may be assholes, but they mix one hell of a martini), and wound up with a broken wrist. He joined four different clubs for the literary arts...and had to drop out of three, because for some reason his philosophy prof thought it was humanly possible to read a thousand pages of Aquinas and Plato between Tuesday and Thursday. And also write a paper on it, five pages with twelve-point font margins no larger than one-inch, please.

But Chris should probably thank his evil, evil philosophy professor because he's indirectly responsible for the home run Chris has hit on goal three. His schedule means that he wound up spending a lot of time at Widener, until it started snowing, and then the desk in his corner of their room, and finally, on his roommate Dustin's bed, since his parents shelled out for the really high end eggcrate mattress pad. Dustin's bed is like a little piece of heaven. As for Dustin himself, although not anything like an angel, is funny and clever and will listen to Chris' long diatribes on the Ottoman Empire with the same focus he gives to beating Metal Gear Solid for the nth time in a row.

He also has no gag reflex.

Home. Run.

"What do you do with a History degree, anyway?" asks Dustin from his current position, stretched out next to Chris, their legs tangled together in the wrinkled mess of his sheets. Dustin's an econ major, which means that when Chris tries to reciprocate and offer sympathy about his academic woes, it doesn't always work. In Chris' world, game theory is about deciding whether to blow all your cash on the cheap properties in Monopoly, or just go for broke and hope to land on Boardwalk.

"Use it to get another degree," Chris says with a yawn. He used his blossoming powers of rhetoric to convince Dustin to blow him earlier, and his brain is still a fuzzy pile of mush right now.

"And then?"

Dustin and Mark have responsible majors intended to earn them the respect of other adults, in addition to a steady paycheck. But Chris doesn't need those things, because he has passion and great writing skills, and in three years, he'll have a degree from Harvard, too. No one can say no to that.

"I dunno. Lead the Rebel Alliance to victory?" he ventures. He gets a hand beneath Dustin's shirt, strokes the skin of his soft belly and bites his ear just to see him blush. Pretty much everything makes Dustin blush, but Chris never gets tired of seeing it.

Dustin shifts his weight so he's lying half on top of Chris, causing the bedsprings to creak noisily. He's that good kind of heavy that Chris just always wants more of. Dustin smiles down at him, his expression soft and a little stupid, and Chris' heartbeat echoes loudly in his ears. "I hate when you say things like that," he mutters.

"I thought you liked Star Wars," Chris frowns. After all, they've watched The Empire Strikes Back three times this year.

"Exactly," Dustin says. He rests his forehead against Chris' for a second before gifting him with an enthusiastic series of kisses. "The more you say things like that, the more I like you."

Now it's Chris' turn to blush. What is he supposed to say to that?

The best answer, he decides, requires no words at all.
